Chuck and Diane Reiling moved to Southern Oregon after living in the Seattle area for 20 years. They love it here. Chuck and Diane work as a dedicated husband and wife real estate team to help clients buy and sell their homes. Both are Oregon-licensed real estate brokers affiliated with the John L. Scott organization, serving Ashland, Medford and the Bear Creek Valley.


Chuck comes from a real estate family. He was born and raised in the Los Angeles area, went to Colorado School of Mines for his undergraduate degree in Mining Geology, and then got an MBA while he was working for IBM in Chicago. He has been a Vice President for several companies, including PHAMIS Inc, a healthcare information systems company which he helped build and take public in the mid-1990’s. Chuck also served as co-founder and member of the Executive Committee for the American Cancer Society charity auction for Camp Goodtimes, a summer camp program for kids with cancer and a college scholarship program for younger cancer survivors. Chuck now runs the wine group for the Ashland Newcomers Club and was recently elected to the Board of Directors for Southern Oregon Friends of Hospice.


Diane has been a full-time professional Realtor since 1995, and is both a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a top residential real estate credential recognizing both advanced training and significant experience. She is also an Accredited Staging Professional. Prior to going into real estate, Diane was a Customer Service Manager with Flying Tigers, and then a Senior Account Manager for Federal Express, handling the Boeing and Microsoft accounts. Diane was raised in the Chicago suburb of Park Ridge. She graduated from Sweet Briar College in Virginia; where she has served on both their Alumnae Board and their Board of Directors. She was recently named Sweet Briar’s “Outstanding Alumnae” for 2013.


Chuck and Diane have two children, Steven and Erica. Steven is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in upstate New York and is now working for Amazon in Seattle. Erica is a senior at Brandman University and is working for Accomplice Media in Los Angeles.
